RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VIETNAM AIRLINES RUN FOR LOVE 2026

1. Registration
Runners must register through the official registration portal of the race.
The registration fee does not include personal expenses such as transportation, accommodation, meals, or other personal services. The registration fee is inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
2. Registration Transfer / Distance Change
Not supported.
3. Changes to Personal Information
Personal information (name, email address, phone number, Citizen ID Card number) may be updated free of charge.
4. Refund / Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances if a runner is unable to participate.
❗IMPORTANT NOTICE
From October 11, 2026, no requests for personal information changes, registration transfers, or distance changes will be accepted. Please make sure to complete any necessary changes before the deadline!

1. Purpose of Information Collection
When registering for the Vietnam Airlines – Run For Love 2026 running event, you will be asked to provide certain personal information for the following purposes:
Managing registrations and issuing BIB numbers to runners.
Ensuring medical safety throughout the event (including health information, blood type, and medications currently being used, if any).
In the event of an emergency, we will contact the emergency contact person provided by you.
Contact information (email address and phone number) will be used to send registration confirmations and important event updates.
2. Information Collected
Full name, date of birth, gender, and nationality.
Citizen ID Card/Passport number (used to verify the runner’s identity and verify prize winners).
Phone number, email address, and contact address.
Blood type, health condition, and medications currently being used.
Emergency contact information.
Transaction and payment information related to BIB registration purchases.
3. Data Storage and Security
All of your personal data will be stored on a highly secure system and may only be accessed by the Organizing Committee and authorized technical service providers.
Your data will be retained for 12 months after the event for the purposes of handling complaints and financial reconciliation.
We are committed to not selling, sharing, or exchanging your personal information with any third party, except where required by law or necessary to ensure medical safety.
4. Use of Information
We are committed to using the information you provide only for the following specific purposes:
Verifying the runner’s identity and issuing race BIB numbers.
Sending event announcements, participation instructions, and information about related programs.
Providing medical assistance when necessary.
Analyzing data to improve the quality of future running events.
5. Participant Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the Organizing Committee.
You have the right to file a complaint regarding any misuse of your personal data, if applicable.
